Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. Wayne Firsty for a
Variance (PLN2006-109) to a required garage setback to allow a
single-family addition on property owned by Wayne and Julie Firsty
located at 1124 Bent Drive in an R-1-6 (Single Family Residential)
Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be deemed
Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Planning Commission action
final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar

Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. Jeffrey Adam, on
behalf of Kohl's Department Stores, Inc., for a Modification
(PLN2006-139) to a previously approved Conditional Use Permit
(PLN2004-33) to allow Kohl's to open at 5 a.m. one day each year
(Day After Thanksgiving Sale) on property owned by Almarida
Place, LLC, located at 525 E. Hamilton Avenue in a C-2-S
(General Commercial) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that
this project be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA.

Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. Frank Onzo for
a Zone Change (PLN2006-148) from R-M-S (Multiple Family
Residential) to P-D (Planned Development); a Planned
Development Permit (PLN2006-55) and Tentative Parcel Map
(PLN2005-147) to allow the creation of three lots on property
owned by Mr. Frank Onzo located at 310 Redding Road in an
R-M-S (Multiple Family Residential) Zoning District. Staff is
recommending that this project be deemed Categorically
Exempt under CEQA. Tentative City Council Meeting Date:

Public Hearing to consider the application of Pan Cal
Corporation for a Planned Development Permit (PLN2006-60)
to allow the construction of 20 town home units and a Tentative

Cal Corporation located at 430-450 Salmar Avenue P-D
(Planned Development) Zoning District. Staff is recommending
that this project be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA.
