Hamilton Avenue - Pan era Bread Dear Mr. Burrill: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2006-00123) for two new wall mounted signs located at 501 E. Hamilton Avenue and found that it is consistent with the Master Sign Program approved by the City Council on May 4, 2004 and modified on August 11, 2006. The new wall signs consist of individual, internally illuminated reverse channel letters reading "Panera Bread" with a logo, attached to a two-inch deep aluminum background, for a total of 57.86 square feet each. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved on September 1, 2006. 3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
