Dear Mr. Merrell:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2005-00183) for
two new wall mounted signs located at 515 E. Hamilton Avenue and found that it is consistent
with the Master Sign Program approved by the City Council on May 4, 2004. The new wall
signs consist of internally illuminated channel letters reading "Bed Bath & Beyond". Sign B is
located on the South Elevation and is 2'-6" by 35'-0" for a total of 87.5 square feet. Sign C is
located on the West Elevation and is 3'6" by 49' -0" for a total of 171.5 square feet.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior
to sign installation.
2. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as
approved on December 28,2005.
3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.
