The Fence Exception provides for a seven-foot tall fence along a portion of the southern and the eastern property lines, where a six-foot fence is allowed. A letter of consent was signed by the adjacent affected property owner. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception: 1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety; 2. Will result in a more desirable site layout; 3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the change; and 4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or to the general welfare of the City. Therefore, your request for a Fence Exception has been approved effective April 28, 2006, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The development of the project shall substantially conform to the plans stamped as approved by the Community Development Director on April 18, 2006. Any modifications to the approved plans shall be reviewed and approved by the Director. 2.
