Dear Mr. Peterson:
The Planning Division has reviewed your sign application for a revision to the approved signage at the
Dress Barn store in the Hamilton Plaza Shopping Center located at the above referenced address. The
new signage consists of the replacement of the wall mounted signage on the front fayade of the building.
The new signage is 94.9 square feet and consists of internally illuminated channel letters reading "Dress
Barn. "
The Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
installation.
2. The proposed signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated February 27, 2006.
3. The stucco wall behind the signs shall be repaired and repainted to match the existing stucco wall.
4. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
necessary .
