Dear Mr. Pino,
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your revised sign application
(PLN2006-00151) for new signage on property located at 347 E. Campbell Avenue.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. Approval of one new hanging wall sign on the front elevation (south facing),
which is 32" x 58" and consisting of red acrylic lettering reading "Asiatic
Treasures", and includes " AT" in gold leaf finish on a satin black redwood frame.
The sign will shall be installed under the entrance soffit parallel to the street
frontage.
2. Approval of one sign, which is an 18" by 30" metal sign with a black background
and white lettering reading "California Estate Preservation Notary Insurance",
located on the southwest comer of the building, installed with a minimum of an
eight-foot clearance from the ground. All window signs shall not exceed 25 percent
of the window area per fa~ade.
3. The approved building fa~ade colors are Ralph Lauren Sandstone Cliff for the
horizontal shingle siding with a black trim.

4. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building
Division prior to sign installation.
5. The proposed wall and projecting signs shall be fabricated and installed per the
plans dated as approved on October 24, 2006.
6. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired
or replaced as necessary.
7. The property shall be in compliance with the Conditions of Approval for the sign
permit stated above by Friday, November 3,2006.
