Fence Exception - 2006July 14, 2006 John Townsend & Sandy Baily 1430 Capri Drive Campbell, CA 95008 Re: Fence Exception Application File No: PLN2006-94 1430 Capri Drive Dear Applicant: Thank you for your submittal of a Fence Exception application for the extension of an existing fence located at 1430 Capri Drive. The Fence Exception provides for a IS-foot tall fence, with nine-feet of solid fence and six-feet of lattice, along a portion of the northern property line (side yard), where a six-foot fence is allowed. A letter of consent was signed by the adjacent affected property owner at 1420 Capri Drive and received by the Planning Division on July 12, 2006. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception: 1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety; 2. Will result in a more desirable site layout; 3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the change; and 4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or to the general welfare of the City. Therefore, your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The development of the project shall substantially conform to the plans stamped as approved on July 14, 2006. Any modifications to the approved plans shall be reviewed and approved by the Director. 2.
