Dear Ms. Monroe-Satterfield:
The Planning Division has reviewed the above referenced application for a Conditional Use
Permit to allow commercial recreation uses on the above reference property. The granting of a
Conditional Use Permit will require approval by the Planning Commission and will be decided
upon at a public hearing.
Based upon this review and the submittal requirements, your application has been deemed
incomplete. The following additional information and details are needed in order to deem your
application complete and schedule it for the next available Planning Commission hearing:
1. Development Application Forms: Please provide an authorization signature from the
property owner on the development application form.
2. Site Plan: Please provide 15 copies a reduced site plan (ll"x 17") indicating the
information highlighted on the enclosed information.
3. Floor Plan: Please submit 15 copies of the floor plan:
a. Please delineate on the floor plan where the recreation activities will takes
place as well as office and service areas.
4. Written Description: Please provide a written description of the use. This description
should include hours of operation, numbers of employees and clients, description of
recreational activities, etc.
5. Photographs: Please provide photographs of the exterior and interior of the business
as well as surrounding uses.
