Dear Mr. Campisi:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2006-46). for a
new wall sign located at 254 W. Hacienda Avenue. The new wall sign is 17.6 square feet and
consists of internally illuminated channel letters reading "OnStor" and a logo.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division
prior to sign installation.
2. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the plans dated as approved
on May 11, 2006.
3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.
