Dear Mr. Prahl:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2006-120) for a
new monument sign and of master sign program located at 330 East Hamilton A venue. The
new monument sign measures 35.5 square feet with seven individual panels and is painted to
match the building wall color. The proposed wall signs permitted under the master sign
program shall consists of internally illuminated channel letters. The master sign program shall
be amended as follows:
I. Each tenant space will be allowed one wall sign centered over the business frontage. Wall
signs are limited to a sign area of 20 - 50 square feet maximum based upon the linear
business frontage. One square foot of signage area for each linear foot of business
frontage is permitted.
2. Individual sign faces colors shall be limited to Red, White, Yellow, Blue or Green unless
otherwise approved by the Landlord and the City of Campbell.
3. Returns for letters shall be a minimum of 5 inches and a maximum of 8 inches.
4. No raceways are permitted.
'This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building p~rmits from the Building Division
prior to sign installations.
2. The monument sign shall be centered in the planter area adjacent to the entry driveway.
3. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved master sign
program as amended above and approved on September 11, 2006.
4. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.

All signage for this location is to be made in Channel Letter form lit by either
neon or L.E.D. lighting. All signage is to be located above the store front of each
location in the space provided. Sign square footage is left up to city regulatios .
LETTERS - Letters are not to exceed 18" in height unless approved by the land lord
font type to be clear and readable
COLOR -
RETURNS, All retmn colors are limited to Bronze, Black or White , unless
otherwise approved by the landlord and city .
FACE COLORS, all face colors are limited to Red, White, Blue or yellow,
all colors and drawings must be approved by the landlord, and city approval if needed .
LOGO'S -
Logo's are allowd and are subject to the same regulations as above, logo's
may exceed the 18" height requirement if approved but not to exceed 24" in height.
WINDOW SIGNAGE - All window signage is accounting to city regulations
and must be approved by the landlord.
