Fence Exception - 2006January 19,2006 Mr. Charles O'Neil 1481 Picadilly Place Campbell, CA 95008 Re: Fence Exception Application File No.: PLN2006-01 1481 Picadilly Place Dear Mr. O''Neil: Thank you for your submittal of a Fence Exception application for the replacement fence of side and rear yard fences located at 1481 Picadilly Place. The Fence Exception provides for an 83 inch fence with 87 inch post located along the north property line and portions of the east and west property lines, where a six-foot high fence is typically permitted. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception: 1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety; 2. Will result in a more desirable site layout from a maintenance and use standpoint; 3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of the City; and 4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or to the general welfare ofthe City. Therefore, your request for a Fence Exception has been approved. The Fence Exception is granted subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The project shall substantially conform to the project plans dated as received by the Planning Division on January 4, 2006. 2.
