Rincon Avenue Dear Mr. Jauch: The Community Development Director has approved your Tree Removal Permit application to remove five (5) Tulip trees with diameters ranging from 7.6 inches to 12.4 inches located in the common lot area on property located at 425 W. Rincon Avenue in the P-D (Planned Development) Zoning District, subject to the following condition of approval for tree replacement: 1. The applicant is required to plant five (5) 24-inch box Ginkgo biloba trees in the locations specified by the approved replanting plan on or before April 17, 2006. The Tree Removal Permit has been approved based upon the City's determination, with a supporting recommendation by a Certified Arborist, that the trees are irreparably diseased and cannot be controlled or remedied through the reasonable preservation and/or preventative procedures and practices such that the public health or safety requires its removal. This approval is final in 10 calendar days, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, on or before Friday, March 17, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. A written appeal must be accompanied with a $100 appeal filing fee. The trees may not be removed until after the 10-day appeal period has passed and no appeals have been received. ITEM 1- Call to Order The Board meeting was called to order by President, Kerry Adkins at 7:00 p.m. ITEM II - Approval of Minutes The minutes of the August 4, 2005 Board of Directors m.eeting were approved as presented. ITEM 01- Treasurer's Report 1. Financial Summary a. The financial summary reflecting activity for the two months of August and September 2005 were: reviewed and approved as presented. b. The delinquency I'q)ort was submitted to the: Board for review. c. Budget - The attached budget was submitted for the Boards review. The budget was unan.imou.sly approved as submitted. The new budget shows an increase to reserves greater then projected inflation. This was done to bring the reserves into balance with the latest reserve study. ITEM IV - Landscape Report a. The new landscape company has begun work at the site. A walk through with boar.d members, has been tentatively scheduled wi.th Bill Jauch of Common Ground Cor next week. b. Tree Removal- The five tulip tree's were approved by the board for removal. Common Ground will be requested to submit a quote for new tree's, box size. Permits from the City will be necessary for removal. NOTE: Gate again was not completed at 429 A the manager will follow up witb the fence company. Rincon Avenue in the P-D (Planned Development) Zoning District. Your application has been deemed incomplete. The following additional information is required to further complete your application: 1. Homeowners Association Approval: The Tree Protection Regulations requires proof of a vote of the homeowners association approving the tree removal in the common lot area, in addition to the signature by a representative for the homeowners association. The homeowners association meeting minutes or another form of proof of a vote must be submitted to the Planning Division before the Community Development Director may make a decision on the application.
