Dear Ms. Thompson:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2006-181)
for a new projecting sign of 3 square feet reading 'The Wax Bar" on property located at
33 S. Second Street.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. Approval of one non-illuminated projecting sign measuring 24" x 18" and
mounted to the stucco wall with a decorative iron bracket. The proposed sign will
be wood with enamel painted background and logo.
2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building
Division prior to sign installation.
3. The proposed wall shall be fabricated and installed per the plans dated as
approved on January 11, 2007.
4. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired
or replaced as necessary.
5. The sign as proposed is consistent with Chapter 21.10 of the Campbell Municipal
Code which allows projecting signs in the C-3 zoning district.
