The Planning Division has reviewed your sign application (PLN2003-38) for a new non-illuminated
projecting sign of 4.5 square feet (3 feet x 1.5 feet) to be located on the above referenced property.
1. Sign colors and style shall match the submitted exhibit with a white background.
2. All lettering and graphics shall be professionally fabricated.

The Planning Division has reviewed your sign application (PLN2003-38) for a new non-illuminated
projecting sign of 4.5 square feet (3 feet x 1.5 feet) to be located on the above referenced property.
Additional information needs to be submitted to complete the application as follows:
Installation: Please provide a detail of how the sign will be attached to the building.
This detail needs to illustrate the clearance below the sign to the sidewalk and how far
the sign will project over the sidewalk.
Sign details: Please provide details of the sign background. It may be helpful to
provide a sign border to improve visibility.
Architectural Compatibility: The existing bracket on the building is an exposed rusted
metal frame. It may be helpful to incorporate this material in the sign.
4. Illumination: Is them any intent to illuminate the sign?
