Re: Revised Landscaping Campbell Avenue Frontage
Dear Property Owner:
The Planning Division has reviewed and conditionally approved your landscape
designer's submittal, received August 3, 2001. This approval is subject to the following
conditions:
1) All parking spaces and driveways to comply with the parking standards set forth
in Chapter 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code. All parking spaces to be
provided with appropriate wheel stops or curbing,
2) Any disabled parking spaces and pathways to the building must comply with Title
24 of the California Access Code,
3) Landscape designer to provide a planting legend indicating plant sizes and
quantities,
4) The existing irrigation system will service all of the revised landscape areas,
5) The existing on site drainage will remain substantial the same as currently
existing on the site; and
6) Please obtain a building permit for the bell tower in that it exceeds a 6 foot height.
