Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. Aaron Barger, on behalf of Green Valley Corporation dba Barry Swenson Builder, for a Site and Architectural Review Permit (PLN2006- 150) to allow the remodel of a commercial building on property owned by Green Valley Corporation dba Barry Swenson Builder located at 1400 W. Campbell Avenue in a C-1-S (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Campbell Avenue in a P- D (Planned Development) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA.
