PUBLIC HEARINGS M 99-03 (UP 94-09) McDonald & Koshiyama Public Hearing to consider the application of Ms. Ruth McDonald and Mr. James Koshiyama for approval of a Modification (M 99-03) to a previously-approved Conditional Use Permit (UP 94-09) to allow live entertainment (karoke), dancing and operational hours beyond 11 p.m. in conjunction with an existing restaurant and bar on property located at 2369 S. Winchester Boulevard in a C-2-S (General Commercial) Zoning District. This project is Categorically Exempt. Planning Commission decision final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 days. MISCELLANEOUS 2. SA 99-08 Bolla, L. Hearing to consider the application of Mr. Lee Bolla for approval of a Sign Exception (SA 99-08) to modify a previously approved Sign Exception (SA 93-01) to allow the replacement of two existing wall signs on the building and to allow a total sign area of 87.34 square feet, on property located at 901 Campisi Way in the PD (Planned Development) Zoning District. Hearing to consider the application of Ms. Kim Crain, on behalf of DeVries Data Systems, Inc., for approval of a Sign Exception (SA 99- 10) to allow two signs on the second story wall of DeVries Data Systems on property located at 267 E. Campbell Avenue in the C-3-S (Central Business District) Zoning District. This project is Categorically Exempt.
