Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. James Smith for a Site and Architectural Approval (S 99-04) to allow the construction of a new 4,025 square foot commercial building on property located at 3245 S. Winchester Boulevard in a C-2-S (General Commercial) Zoning District. A Negative Declaration has been prepared for this project. Planning Commission Decision final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 days. MISCELLANEOUS 2. E 99-01 Anderson, L. Hearing to consider the application of Ms. Lisa Anderson for approval of a Fence Exception (E 99-01) to allow the installation of an eight-foot high fence separating a single-family residence from an adjacent condominium project on property located at 235 Cherry Lane in an R- 1-6 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District. This project is Categorically Exempt. Planning Commission Decision final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 days. Hearing to consider the application of Mr. David Ward, on behalf of Buca di Beppo, for a Sign Approval (SA 99-18) to modify a sign program for the Pruneyard Shopping Center to allow a roof-mounted sign above the building eaves and a sign to be located on one of the architectural towers on property located at 1875 S. Bascom Avenue in a C-2-S (General Commercial) Zoning District. This project is Categorically Exempt. Planning Commission Decision final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 days.
