AGENDA MODIFICATIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS ORAL REQUESTS This is the point on the agenda where members of the public may address the Commission on unagendized items of concern to the Community. People may speak up to 5 minutes on any matter concerning the Commission. PUBLIC HEARINGS PLN1999-00010/ PLN1999-00011 Kennedy, J. Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. James Kennedy for approval of a Zone Change (PLN 1999-00010) from R-M-S (Multiple Family Residential) to PD (Planned Development), a Lot Split (PLN1999-00011) to create two lots from a single lot and a Planned Development Permit (PLN1999-00010) to allow the construction of a new single-family residence on the newly created lot, on property located at 299 N. Harrison Avenue in an R-M-S (Multiple Family Residential) Zoning District. A Negative Declaration has been prepared for this project. Tentative City Council Meeting Date: January 18, 2000. PLN1999-00016 Wyatt/Merlo Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. Jeff Wyatt and Mr. Gary Merlo for approval of an Extension (PLN 1999-00016) to a previously- approved Site and Architectural Approval (S 98-17) to allow the construction of a new two-story building in the Downtown area and a Conditional Use Permit (UP 98-11) to allow a billiard establishment on property located at 368 E. Campbell Avenue in the C-3-S (Central Business District) Zoning District. A Negative Declaration has been prepared for this project. Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. Hooman Sotoodeh, on behalf of Enviro Science, Inc., for a Site and Architectural Approval (S 99-06) to allow a garage to be convened to office space and make parking, landscaping and architectural changes to an existing office/retail building on property located at 2220 S. Bascom Avenue in a C-2-S (General Commercial) Zoning District. This project is Categorically Exempt. Planning Commission decision final, unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 days. 4. STANP Update Staff Continued Public Hearing to consider the City-initiated application for approval of Modifications to the San Tomas Area Neighborhood Plan. The modifications are Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15301. Tentative City Council Meeting Date: January 18, 2000. MISCELLANEOUS 5.
