Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. Omid Shakeri for approval of a Variance (V 96-02) to the standards for flag lots to reduce the front lot width from the required 60 feet to 58 feet and to reduce the driveway width to the rear (flag) lot from 15 feet to 12 feet on property located at 1180 W.
