Public Heating to consider the application of Dr. Karen Langeman, on behalf of Porte Veterinary Hospital, for approval of a Modification (M 97-01) to a previously approved Conditional Use Permit and Site and Architectural review to allow an addition to an existing veterinary hospital on property located at 3265 S. Winchester Boulevard in a C-2-S (General Commercial) Zoning District. This project is Categorically Exempt. Public Heating to consider the application of Mr. Charles Stegner for approval of a Modification (M 97-02) to a Planned Development Permit (PD 96-04) to allow a 200 square foot addition to a previous-approved retail building on property located at 790 E.
