Frank Toloui, on behalf of Johnny Rockets, for approval of a
Modification (M 97-05) to a previous Site Approval and a
Sign Exception (SA 97-10) on property located at 1875 S.
Bascom Avenue in a C-2-S (General Commercial) Zoning
District. This project is Categorically Exempt. Planning
Commission decision final, unless appealed in writing to the

& 246 Railway Avenue within a PD (Planned Development)
Zoning District. This project is Categorically Exempt.
