Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. Steve Burch for approval of a Tentative Parcel Map (PLN2000-18) create two single-family parcels on property located at 723 El Patio Drive in an R-l-6 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District. Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. Adrian Munteanu for a Site and Architectural Approval (PLN2000-36) to allow the construction of a new single family residence on property located at 1146 Steinway Avenue in an R- 1-10 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
