Dear Applicant:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2007-126) for a wall sign
and replacement of a multi-tenant panel for a beauty supply business located at 884 W. Hamilton Avenue
and found that the proposed signs are consistent with the Sign Ordinance. The new wall sign is 28
square feet in area and reads 'Cosmo Prof'.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building/electrical permits from the Building Division prior
to sign installation.
2. The proposed monument sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated August
16, 2007.
3. The existing stucco surface behind the existing sign will be repair to match the existing wall surface
for any removed signs.
4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
necessary.
