Public Hearing to consider the application of Yenpang Un and
Weichia Chen for a Site and Architectural Review Permit
(PLN2008-46) to allow a the construction of a new two-story
single-family residence on property owned by Yenpang Un
and Weichia Chen located at 1438 York Avenue in an R-1-9
(Single Family Residential) Zoning District. Staff is
recommending that this project be deemed Categorically
Exempt under CEQA. Planning Commission decision final
unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar

2. PLN2007 -113
Fulton, J.
Public Hearing to consider the application of Mr. Jim Fulton,
on behalf of Lexmar Development, for a Planned
Development Permit (PLN2007-113) to allow the construction
of a two-story mixed-use building with 6,879 square feet of
commercial retail space and five apartments on property
owned by Lexmar Development located at 2295 & 2305 S.
Winchester Boulevard in a P-D (Planned Development)
Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be
deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Tentative City

Continued Public Hearing (from the Planning Commission
meeting of April 22, 2008) to consider the application of Mr.
Merat Ayalew for a Conditional Use Permit (PLN2008-17) to
establish a new day care facility serving up to 30 children
consisting of 1,541 square feet of an existing church building
on property owned by Campbell Community Church of God of
Prophecy located at 250 Virginia Avenue in a P-F (Public
Facilities) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this
project be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA.

4. CIP2009-2013
Staff
Public Hearing to consider the City of Campbell's 2009-2013
Capital Improvement Plan for citywide projects. These
