Jeffrey Bissell for a Site and Architectural Review Permit
(PLN2007 -194) for a mod ification to the side yard setback and
a second story addition for a total FAR of .48 on property
owned by Natasha & Jeffrey Bissell located at 122 Del Prado
Drive in an R-1-6 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District.
Staff is recommending that this project be deemed
Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Planning Commission
action final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within

Permit (PLN2008-10) to allow the removal of one Deodora
Cedar tree on property owned by Mr. Stan Ljuban and Mr.
