PLN2007-196 (PD) PLN2007 -197 (PM) PLN2008-10 (TRP) Ljuban/Cohen Public Hearing to consider the application of Natasha & Jeffrey Bissell for a Site and Architectural Review Permit (PLN2007 -194) for a mod ification to the side yard setback and a second story addition for a total FAR of .48 on property owned by Natasha & Jeffrey Bissell located at 122 Del Prado Drive in an R-1-6 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District. Staff is recommending that this project be deemed Categorically Exempt under CEQA. Planning Commission action final unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk within 10 calendar days. Public Hearing to consider the application of Ms. Breanna Chamberlin, on behalf of David and Lisa Beckham, for a Site and Architectural Review Permit (PLN2007-163) for a remodel and addition to an existing single-family residence on property owned by David and Lisa Beckham located at 849 Kenneth Avenue in an R-1-10 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District.
