Conformance: The approved/proposed hotel is considered a legal conforming structure assuming it is construction consistent with the approve Planned Development Permit. 5. The project site is currently vacant; however, a Building Permit was recently approved allowing the construction of a 162 room, seven-story hotel on June, 24 2008. (BLD 2007-01421) A Planned Development Permit was approved via City Council Ordinance No. 2068. 6. There currently is not structure on the site. 7. A review of our files indicates that there are no outstanding code enforcement violations that apply to this property. 8. A certificate of occupancy has not been issued in that the proposed hotel is not constructed at this time. 9. The enclosed ordinance incorporates the approved exhibits.
