Dear Ms. Hopson:
The Community Development Director has conditionally approved your sign application
(PLN2007-188) for one wall address identification sign to be located at 915 Campisi Way. The
proposed sign is consistent with the Sign Ordinance. The new wall sign is 15 square feet in area
with brushed aluminum lettering reading "Onyx 915".
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building/electrical permits from the Building
Division, prior to sign installation.
2. The proposed signs shall be fabricated and installed per the submitted plans dated as
approved on December 17, 2007.
3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced
as necessary.
