Bascom Avenue - Pebble Creek Apartments Dear Applicant: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2007-189) for a new freestanding sign located at 3685 S. Bascom Avenue and found that the proposed sign is consistent with the Sign Ordinance. The new sign is 40 square feet in area with the address and individual letters reading "Pebble Creek Apartments". This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The proposed sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated on December 11, 2007. 2. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. 3. Obtain any necessary building or electrical permits prior to sign installation.
