Your request has been approved subject to the following condition: 1. The applicant shall plant one (1) 24 inch box tree of a species from the City of Campbell recommended tree replacement list on the subject property on or before August 28,2008. The Tree Removal Permit has been approved based upon the City's determination, with a supporting recommendation by a Certified Arborist that the tree is in declining health and should be removed prior to becoming a risk to adjacent structures. It has been determined that this situation cannot be controlled or remedied through tree trimming or pruning, as this would increase the failure potential of the trees. This approval is final in 10 calendar days, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, on or before Monday, July 28, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. A written appeal must be accompanied with a $100 appeal filing fee. TOD 408.866.2790 Community Development Department June 19, 2008 NOTICE OF TREE REMOVAL PERMIT APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of the City of Campbell has received an application for a Tree Removal Permit (PLN2008-100) for the removal of one Ash. The tree is located in the rear yard along the eastern property line of the property located at 1408 Burrows Road in the R-1-10 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District (see map on reverse). The property owner proposes to install one Pistacia replacement tree on the property. The 10 day comment period for this application shall begin on June 21, 2008 and end on July 1, 2008. Any comments regarding this application shall be submitted in writing to the Planning Division before 5:00 p.m. on Tuesdav. Julv 1. 2008 as a decision will be rendered after this date. Decisions by the Community Development Director are final in 10 calendar days following the date of approval, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office, 70 N.
