Campbell Avenue - Temporary Real Estate Signs Dear Ms. Irk: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2007-74) for two temporary real estate signs for lease of office space on property located at 51 E. Campbell Avenue. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. Approval of two temporary freestanding real estate signs, for lease of office space, each measuring 32 square feet (total sign area of 64 square feet) and mounted to 4 x 4 posts. 2. The signs shall be permitted for one year or until the building or space is leased, whichever occurs first, unless the building is twenty five percent or more un- leased. 3. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 4. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. 6. The signs shall be located on the site occupied by the business, and shall not be placed in or encroach into the public right of way, and shall not impede the visibility of oncoming pedestrians and/or vehicles.
