Dear Mr. Chevrotiere:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2007-19)
for a new wall sign of 13.5 square feet reading "Bed & Back Shop, Back and Sleep
Specialist" on property located at 266 E. Campbell A venue.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. Approval of one non-illuminated wall sign measuring 108" x 18" and mounted to
the stucco wall with stud/ pad mount with silicone adhesive. The proposed sign
will be an acrylic/ vinyl film face. The colors of the sign will be true black and true
red. The existing color of the building wall will not change.
2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building
Division prior to sign installation.
3. The proposed wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the plans dated as
approved on February 13, 2007.

4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.
5. The sign as proposed is consistent with Chapter 21.10 of the Campbell Municipal
Code which allows wall signs in the C-3 zoning district.
