Dear Mr. & Mrs. Khan,
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2007-127)
for a new projecting sign of 3.1 square feet reading "TERRA POLARIS ORIGINAL
ARTS" on property located at 395 E. Campbell Avenue.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. Approval of one non-illuminated circular projecting sign measuring 24 inches in
diameter. The proposed sign will be wood. The existing color of the building wall
will not change.
2. The proposed projecting sign shall be fabricated ahd installed per the pictures
submitted dated as approved on August 17,2007.
3. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.
4. The sign as proposed is consistent with Chapter 21.10 of the Campbell Municipal
Code which allows projecting signs in the C-3 zoning district.
