I am formally requesting to renew the conditional use permit application for our Nextel
project.
Project Address: 701 Creekside Way, Campbell
Currently Sprint (together with Nextel) operates a ceUular facility at this location. Our
site is currently operating on PG&E Lattice tower, while our equipment is located
inside an equipment shelter. The current technology within wireless does not allow for
changing antennas and/or equipment. The current site has not changed significantly,
which keeps the site "visual element" the same as approved. I have included drawings
which show the current site "as-is", and request a simple extension for our use permit.
Current Facility: PG&E Lattice Tower
Site Height: 60' (based on original approval)
Site Equipment: Located within a shelter adjacent to site, and has not changed since
approval.
Please let me know if you have any questions, or need anything from me.
Thank you,
d.::Os~
