ORDINANCE NO. 2114
BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AMENDING CHAPTER 2.35 OF THE CAMPBELL
MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE"
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: Section 2.35.030, Designated Positions. The positions listed in
Exhibit A, on file in the Office of the City Clerk, are designated positions, and are
hereby modified and attached hereto. Officers and employees holding those
positions are "designated employees," and are considered to make or participate
in the making of decisions which may foreseeably have a material effect on a
personal financial interest.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective thirty days following its
passage and adoption, and shall be published once within fifteen days upon
passage and adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara.

entities located within the City of Campbell.
3. Persons in this category shall disclose all investments in business entities or income from
sources in the construction or building industry doing business within the City of
Campbell.
4. Persons in this category shall disclose all investments in business entities or income from
sources which manufacture or sell supplies of the type utilized by the department for
which the designated employee is employed.
