Dear Mr. Francis,
Thank you for your submittal of a Fence Exception application for a new wooden/ stucco fence
located adjacent to side yard property line. Your request has been approved. The Fence
Exception provides for a new 8 foot fence with wood panels and stucco.
The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception as
modified:
1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety;
2. Will result in a more desirable site layout;
3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of
persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the change; and
4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or
to the general ~elfare of the City.
Therefore, your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the following
modification and conditions of approval:
1. The development of the project shall substantially conform to the plans stamped as
approved on January 30, 2008.
2. The applicant shall obtain a Building Permit from the Campbell Building Division prior to
installation of the fence.
