Your request has been approved. The Fence Exception provides for a new 7 foot wood fence (six foot solid wood and one foot of lattice). The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception is acceptable in that it: 1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety; 2. Will result in a more desirable site layout; 3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the change; and 4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or to the general welfare of the City. Therefore, your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The fencing shall substantially conform to the plans stamped as approved on April 7, 2008. 2.
