Hamilton Ave. Campbell, CA 408-296-8953 Dear Mrs. Kravich, This letter is to inform you that the Monterey Pine tree located on the East side of the property is dead. The tree is infested with Pine Beetle. The Beetles have bored into the base of the tree and in several points along the trunk. This insect feeds on healthy tissue and takes control of the trees vascular system. The Beetle infestation put so much stress on the tree that it could no longer survive. Due to the death of the tree it now poses a hazard to the house, and surrounding properties. I recommend the tree to be completely removed from the property as soon as possible.
