Dear Mr. Gifford, The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2008-160) for one wall sign located at 980 E. Hamilton Avenue. The new wall sign is 27 square feet in area with red aluminum letters reading "America's Tire, " to be placed on the north elevation of the America's Tire Co. building. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building and electrical permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated October 23, 2008 3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
