The new wall sign is 12.01 square feet non-illuminated box sign reading "Michelin " with a logo. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. All temporary signage and non-permitted signage on the property shall be removed immediately. 2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 3. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved on December 21, 2007. 4. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
