Milton Ave. To Whom It May Concern: Hallmark Community Services is requesting a waiver for underground electrical services and permission to run the service overhead for the following reasons. • N. Milton Ave. has no underground infrastructure for PG&E. • The service pole feeding the home is across the street and 300' down the street. • The cost for the underground service would be over $50,000.00 added to the budget of the home and due to financial hardship with this economic crisis; we cannot afford this type service. • All of the other homes on the street all have overhead service. We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter and hope you understand our financial situation.
