The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application for one new wall sign located at
the above referenced address. Your application has been approved subject to the following conditions of
approval:
1. The applicant shall repair the stucco on the facade where the previous sign existed and paint the area
to match the undamaged stucco before installing the new sign.
2. The aluminum returns on the wall sign shall be consistent with those of other wall signs in the
immediate surroundings.
3. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign
installation.
4. The sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved by the Planning
Division on August 19, 2005.
5. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as
necessary.
