Dear Mr. Wu:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2007-31) for one
new wall mounted sign located at 2455 Winchester Blvd. and found that it is consistent with the
Master Sign Program for Campbell Plaza approved in 1991. The new wall sign is 17.68 square
feet and consists of internally illuminated pan channel letters reading "Bee Happy Express" and a
"bumble bee" logo located on the left hand side of the sign.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to
sign installation.
2. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated on
March 12, 2007.
3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced
as necessary.
