Winchester Blvd. -Valero Dear Applicant: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2006-154) for a new freestanding ID/price sign and a canopy sign located at 2855 S. Winchester Blvd. The new freestanding sign is 65 square feet in area with a height of 14 feet and the new canopy sign on the south elevation of the canopy measures approximately 38 square feet. This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division, prior to sign installation. 2. The proposed freestanding sign cabinet and pole shall be texcoated to match the building wall color (casa Blanc beige). The proposed freestanding sign and canopy sign shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved on November 1, 2006. 4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary.
