Winchester Boulevard Porte Veterinary Clinic Dear Mr. Gale: The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2006-00006) for a new monument sign located at 3265 S. Winchester Boulevard. The new sign is 5'-9" by 5'-0" and consists of a double-face, illuminated monument sign reading "Porte Veterinary Hospital". This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division prior to sign installation. 2. The proposed wall signs shall be fabricated and installed per the approved plans dated as approved on January 23, 2006, except as modified by the conditions of approval. 3. The signs shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or replaced as necessary. 4. The sign shall be centered within the front landscape area and not impede visibility of oncoming pedestrians and/or vehicles.
