Bascom Avenue -Expansion of C-D Store Dear Mr. Sarachan: Thank you for apre-application for the expansion of your store into the adjacent tenant space of 3,600 square feet. The proposed project will require the approval of an Administrative Planned Development Permit by the Community Development Director. An application is enclosed. The subject property is presently zoned P-D (Planned Development) and is designated as a General Commercial land use on the City's General Plan Land Use Map. Please include an operational description with your application including hours of operation, items sold and number of employees. Your application was distributed to the Building Division, Fire Department, Planning Division, and Public Works Department. In addition to the Planning Division's comments contained in this letter, please find enclosed comments from the Building Division. Please note that these comments are meant to be preliminary and that conditions of approval from each department will be developed when the formal application is submitted.
