Peter Drive Dear Applicant, Thank you for your submittal of a Fence Exception application for a new wooden fence located adjacent to your rear and side yard property lines. Your request has been approved with the exception of the placement of the side yard fence closer than 5 feet from the street property line. The Fence Exception provides for a new T4" tall wood fence with lattice and decorative post caps around the rear yard, the installation of an 8' high trellis, 4' feet wide over the entry gate and the relocation of the street side yard fence to 5' behind the street property line. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception as modified: 1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety; 2. Will result in a more desirable site layout; 3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the change; and 4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or to the general welfare of the City. Therefore, your request for a Fence Exception has been approved, subject to the following modification and conditions of approval: 1. The development of the project shall substantially conform to the plans stamped as approved on April 23, 2007. Modifications to the approved plans shall indicate a setback of 5 feet to the Bent Drive property line. 2. Peter Drive Page 2 of 2 Decisions by the Community Development Director are final in 10 calendar days following the date of approval on or after May 3, 2007, unless an appeal is received in writing at the City of Campbell City Clerk's Office, 70 N. First Street, Campbell, prior to the end of the appeal period. A written appeal must be accompanied with the required $100 appeal filing fee.
