Planned Development Permit on January 26, 2007, to allow a facade remodel of existing
buildings on the subject properties located at 20-28 Rail~,wa~~ Avenue in the P-D (Planned
Development) Zoning District. This approval is based upon the attached. findings and is
subject to the attached conditions of approval.
This action is effective in ten calendar days, unless appealed in writing to the City Clerk by
