Your request has been approved. The Community Development Director has determined that the requested Fence Exception as modified: 1. Will not impair vehicular or pedestrian safety; 2. Will result in a more desirable site layout; 3. Will not be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, comfort or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood of the change; and 4. Will not be detrimental or injurious to property and improvements in the neighborhood or to the general welfare of the City. The fencing includes as-built 8 foot high solid rear and left side yard fencing and an as-built 8 foot fence (6 foot solid fence with 2 feet of lattice). The ten day comment period for this application shall begin on October 24, 2007 and end on November 3, 2007. Any comments regarding this application shall be submitted in writing to the Planning Division before 5:00 p.m. on November 3, 2007 as a decision will be rendered after this date. Plans and letter of request are available for public review at the Planning Division Office.
