Dear Mr. Ford:
The Planning Division has conditionally approved your sign application (PLN2007-51)
for a new wall sign of 48.5 square feet reading "ACE Hardwa~~c ~ Paint" on property
located at 148 N. San Tomas Aquino Road.
This Sign Permit has been approved subject to the following conditions of approval:
1. Approval of one illuminated wall sign measuring 48.5 square feet and mounted to
the stucco wall. The proposed sign will be Pan Channel letters 7" in depth with
acrylic face with bronze trim and returns. The colors of the signs will be true red
and black. The existing color of the building wall will not change
2. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building
Division prior to sign installation.
3. The proposed wall sign shall be fabricated and installed per the revised plans
dated as approved on Apri14, 2007.
4. The sign shall be maintained in good condition at all times and shall be repaired or
replaced as necessary.
